June is getting closer and the beginning of the EPAC hurricane season is almost already here.

Isn't the start date for the EPAC the 15th of May.

I'm going to look into 29/57 a little more. Yes I know its extratropical and the shear is strong, but weird things have happen.

After closer study, I found it is in the center of a shear max/tutt ULL. Shear is 50 knots plus. Also the wind spread throw the area, which is very unfaverable for development. So that should kill all discussion of that.
