S2K Member FRANK P - Live on TWC

#1 Postby Ixolib » Sat Jun 02, 2007 12:12 am

I realize this may be a bit off topic under other circumstances... But since he's one of our own - and one who's offered significant inspiration since 08/05 - I thought it might be interesting for everyone to see S2K Member FRANK P live and in person On The Weather Channel.

He's the first one interviewed - his newly-built house is in the background!! And there may be more coming on Monday, June 4.

Here's the link to more on "Frank P" and his on-going rebuilding process in Biloxi.

Actually, thanks for posting that in here, since many people may not visit the other forum. I've been following his thread closely, but I'm sure many people don't know about it. I watched the video and I'll watch TWC next week to see if he's on.

Frank P is the man. We've been on-line following storms since like the mid 90's.

Thanks for the bump bra.

I have not heard anything different from the WC producers who contacted me last week to set this up... outta my control now... they come they come  .... if they don't at least I won't be late for work on Monday...

By MARY PEREZ
meperez@sunherald.com

BILOXI -- The Weather Channel will broadcast a live interview with Biloxi Mayor A.J. Holloway tonight at 7 p.m. (8 eastern), followed by features on casinos, tree sculptures and a local resident.

After Holloway's interview will be a 7:30 p.m. story featuring homeowner Frank Pellegrino, who received the first building permit on front beach. At 8 p.m. viewers will see the tree sculptures commissioned by the city along U.S. 90. At 9 p.m. the focus will be on Biloxi casinos and their record-setting return since Hurricane Katrina.
