Another system in the eastern pacific?

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

#1 Postby windstorm99 » Wed Jun 06, 2007 6:21 pm

Ive been watching this area of thunderstorm activity to the SW of mexico very close to were barbara developed a few days back and its been pretty persistent the past 24hrs or so.Upper level winds are ranging from 20-30kts around the area and appear to be decreaseing and infact my allow for some slow development to take shape in the next couple of days.

Here is a satelitte image of the area...Thoughts welcomed. :D

AN AREA OF DISTURBED WEATHER HAS DEVELOPED ABOUT 425 MILES SOUTH OF
ACAPULCO MEXICO. SOME SLOW DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SYSTEM IS POSSIBLE
DURING THE NEXT DAY OR SO AS IT MOVES SLOWLY WESTWARD.

Here goes the Pacific, cranking storm after storm.......while the Atlantic is quiet. I know it is early June but last year was
a total Pacific year.
