LOW off of NS.

Is it possible that at any time, this could show some Sub Tropical characteristics? Think about what happened in 1991, 2001, and 2004

Nope. It's strickly a cold core low embedded in the longwave trof. It would have to break from the longwave trof and drift south over warmer waters. That's not in the cards.
