Not Quite There Yet

Invest 90 still isn't quite to TD status, IMO, although it is close. It's still tough to find a definite LLC. There is obviously a broad circulation as seen on Quickscat and satellite imagery. Impressive banding continues on it's south side.

The atmosphere remains favorable for development. TD 8 should be upon us within 24 hours...with Erika on its heels heading in the general direction of the islands. The low latitude concerns me and it appears the models are now taking this system more west.

All interests in the islands definitely need to monitor this system closely.

Yes Al definitly from here in Puerto Rico I and Ola,Cycloman PR,Janice,Storms PR and all who live in the other islands are monitering it because it will not be a fish as first thought by the models.
