Interesting buoy report
Buoy located at 14.6N 56.2W, east of Martinique has the eye of Dean right over it. In 1 hour the winds dropped from ENE 49.9 kts to E 1kt and a pressure peaking low of 29.48.

That wind sensor failed between 2-3 P.M. this afternoon. It never was in the eye.
