Are my eyes deceiving me or did this page change its appearance this morning?

They seem to be having some problems with the server.

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@nrlmry.navy.mil and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

When I checked earlier this morning, there was no frame containing the navigation links. Now there's one.

EDIT Monday, September 3, 2007 - 6:25 AM (Barbados time) :
Everything is back to normal now.
