Now the atlantic basin is very quiet until the african coast where a wave is emerging but conditions are not ideal as dry air covers much of the tropical atlantic even making the ITCZ that always have convection almost free of that.As ticka said in another thread she may extend for 2 more weeks the lull in top of the 2 already so if she is right it may be by the last days of this month that something may brew.
