How do they plan to bus the people out when the area around the superdome is flooded.

the critical thing is the mental status of the people...they re off their homes for 3+ days now experiencing extremely uncomfortable conditions and now they are hearing that will transported to houston...!

True, but this may be a relief to some. They sure as heck can't stay in N.O.
