More Law Enforcement Being Deployed

Just listened to a news confrence on the radio.They National Guard MPs are being deployed in NO as well as police from TN,and MI and search and rescue help from British Columbia

they should have already been there and they should have been dealing with this soon after the storm ended.Saw a video briefly of a NOLA PD officer beating a looter with his batan and he was beating him good.My only reaction was "its about time" Not sure if thats the wrong way of thinking!
