Folks this is just like St Croix after Hugo hit. And it only gets worse!

Police need the Duck boats from the ozarks NOW. They can cover land and water, which seems to be a real issue in gettting Police to several locations. Also, shouldn't there be hundreds of helicoters from area NG units? Haven't seen a chinook yet!!!!!! That's the way to move big numbers of people.

Have you known any drug addicts? They don't care about anyone else but themselves.

This is clearly what they're trying to do. They want access to the drugs.
