report missing and stranded on uscg site

http://homeport.uscg.mil/mycg/portal/ep/home.do I am passing this on because there are still thousands stranded in NO especially the elderly if you know where anyone is still stranded please help them escape.

also for those missing family and friends you can register on the red cross site. there is also a list of those that have registered to see if they are on it yet.
