State Farm can kiss my ***
Just got denied today on my Katrina claim AFTER I was told they would pay me. I'm about to open a can of BLUEFROG KICK*** on State Farm. This is ridiculous.

GET A GOOD ATTORNEY. I just finished up with their dumb a$$es on Tuesday. The minute I walked in I told them that I had a story to tell. I explained that before leaving the house that morning I checked my bank account and what I saw made me question why we were having to be there that morning at all. They sat there with the deer in headlights look. I slammed the paper with the automatic debit from checking account for STATE FARM. I said, "Now, this morning when you sucked this money out of my account there was no ARBITTRATION, no MEDIATION, no COMPOMISE and nor was there any NEGOTIATION so why is it that when it's your turn to honor your committment we must endure all of these things?" Not one of them could answer my question and that set the tone for the rest of the meeting. Keep asking them the questions and it's amazing that they have no answers.
I'm sorry for everything that you are having to go through. My prayers are with you.

Regarding State Farm. This is a true story. I have one specific painter that I use on all our jobs. He's good. He has one problem........after a few beers he ends up with a DUI. He registered .08..........lost his driving privileges for 3 months and had to attend the drunk driving school. Upon completion he was required to get special auto insurance. He was previously with State Farm. He had to go up to Jackson, Mississippi to get this insurance.....SR-22 (I think). Anyway, he had to bring along his old State Farm policy......his new agent looked at the State Farm policy and premium. The agent told Jimmy (our painter) that he should have gotten the DUI long ago. Turns out his SR-22 policy cost less than State Farms policy for safe drivers!
