It finally happened. In the construction industry we call a failed inspection a "red flag". I just got my first one since Katrina.
The home had tree, water and fire damage. A large southern pine split the home. Then it got bad. The owner tried to sell the place. When that failed he hired me. The owner is a realtor.
It took Katrina to enforce code in the inland counties.
Like Mom used to say...."something good comes out of everything"....
First red flag.......
