have heard thru various news channles that she is asking that the FED govenrment pick up 100% of the rebuilding bill.She had no plan in place and let the state run out of money!Now she is allowing the mayor to reopen the city when there are still great health hazards and dead bodies being recovered.Just irresponsible leadership!

if they were in such dire straits in NOLA and they are blaming the Bush admin for not sending aid and relief so bad then why now when they are making progress would they re-open this devastated city?Makes no sense to cry how bad it is then allow 180,000 people right back in to a area that is all bars just not a good idea yet!
