just an observation about Katrina damage pics/video - whenever there has been a disaster covered in the past, what i like to call "stock footage" shows up simply b/c all the devestation has already been captured on tape, with this hurricane i don't think i've seen the same picture twice, the devestation is everywhere

The ones I looked at in Bay St. Louis and Pass Christian are definitely post Katrina. There is no question.
