I can not believe they are only going to try and save those that are on rooftops. It doesn't seem they have any intention of trying to save those trapped in the houses who can't break through the roof on their own. A whole lot of people are dying as we speak. :cry:

When you have limited resources, you have to use them on the people who can be most easily saved. GOing house to house would take much longer, and result in fewer people saved.
