Friend's Brothers Located...Both Safe in Dallas

#1 Postby chrisnnavarre » Sun Sep 04, 2005 8:04 am

Just to let everyone know... my friend who is a retired Airforce Master Sgt. well they located his brothers and rescued them from the New Orleans Ninth Ward (near where they pulled Fats Domino from the water).

They have been evacuated to Dallas, and are safe. The older brother who was seperated from the younger (they where 48, and 46 years old) relayed that he had to dive into the water from his roof and swim back into his house to get can goods in order to eat for days until help arrived.

After seperate rescues from the area the brothers where reunited and are now in Dallas, TX.

At least some good news in the wake of this disaster.

Another praise in the midst of so much strife. I hope they are getting the medical treatment they probably need after being in that water!

praise be to the Lord! Don't forget to pray:

1 a thank you prayer

2 a prayer for those less fortunate

3 a prayer for those who have passed over during this horrible event -
