It may not seem important in light of the life-shattering aftermath of the hurricane. But this has the potential to makie recovery even more difficult than it will be anyway.

I was wondering about this. How will LA stay solvent without NOLA's tax contributions to the state?

And how will MS stay solvent without it's Gulf Coast tax revenue?
