Almost exactly 7 months after Wilma....

#1 Postby DelrayMorris » Wed May 17, 2006 6:09 pm

We're FINALLY getting our roof fixed. I feel like crying that it's actually going to happen before the next hurricane season. I realize that my life has not been as bad as those on the Gulf Coast who were affected by Wilma, Rita, and Katrina (after all, my house is still standing and I have electricity and a job), but it's still been horribly frustrating dealing with the insurance company and finding someone to do the work for us.

I had to share and I wasn't sure that anyone except you guys would understand.

Hoping and wishing everyone else gets a chance to post the same happy news soon!

Great to hear that you'll be getting the roof fixed. Wilma was a bit** in Florida for sure.
