The wife can't make it, but I can still come. In fact, a friend at work and his better half might want to make an appearance if that is ok with you guys.

I understand there are some relatively inexpensive hotels within walking distance of Bourbon Street. If anyone can help point me in the right direction either on here, via PM, or to Jack8631@msn.com, it would be much appreciated. :D

P.S...Why does the South Florida gathering get a sticky in the Talkin' Tropics forum, and the North Gulf Coast doesn't? :eek:

Because it was requested since it is a new gathering proposal. This is second round for these hearty partyers and has been ongoing and one of the more active threads here lately.
