Paypal says site can't receive donations- is there another way?

Paypal says site can't receive donations- is there another way?
I'm not on PayPal anyway. Is there a link for donation via credit card?

Not that I'm aware of, we're trying to sort through the paypal issue.

I am getting forbidden messages on the home computer. Using the same Chrome account I'm fine at work.

Forbidden on Paypal? Sounds like an IT block at your work. We are close to getting the paypal link fixed.

No, Forbidden on Storm2K when using the home computer. I used a different Google account. I think it is something on the home computer. I cleared 4 weeks of browser/cookies and it still doesn't work.
