how do I read the recon on grlevel3

pres:6969
alt:3129
pres:30:31
temp: 30:90
dew: 30:60
wind: 30:14052
gust: 10:53
wind surf:31
pres rate:0
From the reference and watching it during Dolly, I have concluded:
• 30: means 30 second average
• 10: means 10 second average
• wind speed is in knots
• altitude is in meters
• wind 10:14052 means 10 second average wind is 149 degrees at 52 knots. I have noticed they leave off leading zeros on the wind direction so wind 10: 4052 would be wind at 040 degrees at 52 knots
• pressure is in tenths of a millibar with leading 1 dropped if over 1000 mb, except sea level pressure has some offset based on aircraft flight level. Do you adjust for this before you post it Tyler?
Can I do this math in excel software and how do I do it in excel or are there a software that I can do the math with to convert it so I can understand it easier
I want to know if there is a way to do the math in ms excel software

I don't know of an excel add-in for recon. You can do the math of course, but you'd have to write the functions. I don't use excel for recon.
What math do I use in ms excel or what functions
thank you very much Scott

I didn't know recon had placefile with GRLevel3. If you needed help reading the raw observations, I could point you to that thread which I will link on the bottom. But I'm not sure otherwise.
