How would you download HTML5 or Flash from the National Hurricane Center’s satellite site onto your computer?

How would you download HTML5 or Flash from the National Hurricane Center’s satellite site onto your computer? I like to save these loops, but they're slowly taking down the GIF loops, and replacing them. This method needs to work with a site like this ---> https://convertio.co/swf-gif/ or something similar so I can then upload these on https://imageshack.com/
