Cuban hurricane center?

I went to the wmo site, and found that cuba has a hurricane center to. I can't read it, so I got to ask to they have there own Advisories?

Yes and no. They produce forecasts for their specific weather, but they do not produce track forecasts (other than what the NHC provides). They also provide their own analysis on the tropics, much like the TWO the NHC produces.

Looks similar to what the KMA produce taking the forecasts from RSMC Tokyo. That said they are opening their own typhoon centre on Jeju Island in 2008.
