89kts (particularly if there is little reduction per what Ortt said) is borderline Cat 2 territory

This is ernesto? That would be about 80mph rough estimate than? Dont sound like it would be john hes well over 110knt hmmm i'll keep reading to confirm.

So, 73 knots X 0.80 = 58.4 knots or 67.2768 mph

Earlier today there was no reduction at all; however, based upon the new readings, one may have developed. This does not seem like a surprise given the slight decrease in convection
