6 hour fixes will be after tommorow.I would wish they would fly tonight.

its been stated many times during discussions that when a plane is climbing, the wind readings are suspect and are typically ignored by the forecasters

There was not one scheduled for tonight. The 6hr fixes were not scheduled until Friday, if the system developed.

Remember, these flights are complex. It's not just a matter of cranking the engine and taking off.....

oh I agree with that full heartily, but I wonder why this morning they did not put one for this evening and then if they did not see anything specific then they could cancel the evening flight, but oh well That's why I'm not in recon and some folks are.
