well i got a B on it so i didnt that bad, but still she wasnt very happy with the others....cant believe she said we were bullsh****** her on some answers, lol

I think the teacher should be impressed by how much time and energy you've spent here on a real world example, particularly for such a historic storm. If I were her I'd give you extra credit. You were up until 3:30 a.m. the other night with the rest of us insomniacs but unlike us you had actual responsibility the next day. I think demonstrated interest and commitment like that deserves a pat on the back at least.

Well, I'm not happy with the 12z run of the GFDL.
It's almost like the last 2 12z runs have gone on vacation!

He has been talking to meteorologist regarding Wilma's path (Met from NWS office Ruskin and met from Local 10 Don Noe). I heard talk that maybe Wilma will not hit Mexico after all and retain most of its strength as it passes through the Yucatan Channel.

Very interesting. However, I suspect the NHC will make some pretty drastic shifts at 5 anyway due to the CONU showing a stall and Isidore like scenario now.

I would not put too much credence on the Schnitt show, especially vs. the NHC. "Schnitt" is the same guy as the morning DJ called MJ on 93.3 FLZ in Tampa. He's just a blowhard.

If I want meteorological advice, I'll take it from the NHC and not from some right-wing talk monkey.

The NHC doesn't tend to like drastic shifts, IMO.

Do you have a link showing the CONU??

I don't think the nhc will make any drastic changes to the track considering the NW to NNW movement over the last few hours. I just don't see this thing stalling over Mexico unless it curves back to the west.

No problem, and by the way, a B after just four hours of sleep and a lot of time paid attention here? That's really excellent. Nice job!

Its not "versus" anyone, lol. Schnitt isn't the one doing the talking....its Paul Delegatto or whatever, the Fox met in the Tampa Bay market.

If you'd listen to the stream, you would have known.

I don't think Faux News has any credibility whatsoever. Sorry.

Schnitt, no matter how you feel about him personally, has done an excellent job of speaking live on the air to a variety of quality mets who have given lots of interesting perspectives on Wilma the past few days!

I don't think now is a time to argue if they do or don't.
