Breaking News-President nominates Harriet Myers to SCOTUS

Um discussion. Miers isn't a judge, but she was advising the President in legal matters (lets excuse the war making decision of congress based on the modern idea that declarations of war are silly) and was President of the Texas Bar Association. She must be very knowledgeable about the law to be the President's legal advisor.

The only thing I'd worry about would be a conflict of interest, if Mr. Bush's actions should ever be unconstitutional and brought before the court.
