I am somewhere in between med/well and well. I like it juicy but not bloody. I can cook it that way, but most restaurants can't

Ya, if you ask for medium in a resturaunt there going to bring you well well.. lol

Just short of "medium"...hold the horns and hooves, and do wrap the tail for later.
