Have you ever felt your heart spin? And I mean, in a good way. :)

8 times in my life. (that includes kids and grandkids)(I have 2 kids and 3 grandkids)

Falling in love is one of the most wonderful feeling in the world!!! I've been in love 3 times in my life.

When my kids and grandkids were born it was a different kind of feeling but none the less - my heart did spin.

Yes. It's happened 3 times in the past, and it will happen for a fourth time come September.

*blushes* Yeah...

I've had the feeling where my heart feels like a big, warm puffy marshmallow before. But never this incredible combination of the warmth and the spinning around and around.

Like they say -- I got it bad. :)

Ick, no, not lust...not from me. Especially not over gorgeous eyes and a beautiful smile.

My luck - probably just a crush. :splat: :)

Shawn, dear friend of ours. You've shown us that the heart can be fragile, and we've all experienced it ourselves too. You've shown us that the heart can be giving and forgiving, and we've experienced that too.

You've shown us that a heart must be strong in the face of disappointment and sadness and pain and anguish. And we experience that too.

Perhaps it's our turn to show you that a heart can take a spin and add a smile to your day and hope for something more; something lasting. Many of us have experienced that.

A patient heart will be your path to the answer you are looking for.

You will know in time if that can be both a gift to you and a gift to that person, too.

Meanwhile..enjoy the flutters and the ride they take you on!

GV, I know exactly how you're feeling. I'm feeling it too. It's happiness that I've never felt before. It happened this Saturday night. We just spoke a half hour ago. Wow. I can just feel the love.

Words cannot express the joy can they? I hope things work out for you.

Aw shucks, this is such a warm and fuzzy thread. To answer the question, I can't remember.

As for you, I hope you find such utter unbelievable happiness that you can't stand it.

Thanks, gang! Especially you, PoppySky! Patience is one of my strong points. A friend once nicknamed me Job. Slow and steady wins the race. :)

Jason, if it's meant to be, I hope it works out for you. However, there are differences in how you feel and how I feel. Your relationship is online and sounds like it's kicking into full gear. Mine has been face-to-face and starting as a friendship first. Time will tell what comes of it. My heart is full of hope and patience.
