Can we lock this before it gets political? Not to be mean to the person who posted this, but these types of topics can get political FAST.

Before it gets political? LoL Way too late. There does seem the be a slight problem with the no political post rule on here. People can point out any political view they want, completely void of facts and it's ok until someone refutes them. Then it's suddenly political. Several replies in this thread have been people expressing their political views. I'm guessing though, that if I disagreed, MY post would be considered political. Not griping, just pointing that out.

That's my point, Regit. It seems that every time a political consensus is established in a thread, anyone who diagrees with the popular opinion or who does not conform is bashed as being unpatriotic. With that said, I don't want to be the one the target because my opinions are different than many others here. That is why this thread should be locked efore things get extreme.

MY post would be considered political.

Don't think it would necessarily make YOUR post political; but it would engender debate that would decidedly become a political imbroglio... hence I guess the whole of topics like this should be avoided because you're right... folks have already posted "political" opinions, yours would be no more, no less. CVW had it right.

I agree, A2K, that these topics should be avoided for my reasons above.
