Here's a teen with something to say.

Ok. First of all, I'm glad you didn't lump all of us teens into one blood and gut-loving category. I do greatly appreciate that.

But I do have to argue with the other point - some of us were old enough to understand the impact of 9/11 on the world. We may've not understood the impact immediately, but it's become increasingly apparent over the last five years.

I was beginning the 8th grade when 9/11 occured. I remember being scared that day, but it wasn't fear for myself, it was fear for what the world had become, and the knowledge that this was a day that would forever define our generation. We are forever the generation "who was too young to understand 9/11."

What a great label to have.

Personally, I refuse to see any of these 9/11 movies. I cannot even watch the trailors without being shaken up. I lived that day once. I don't need to re-live it in a movie.

Thank you.

We all lived that day.

However, this movie is not like so many of the History Channel documentaries and news specials that retell the day as if we weren't here to see what happened. It's a whole other perspective.

Yes, you will feel pain, grief, and sorrow all over again to an extent. But there is so much hope and inspiration in this film that you will not walk away disappointed...or sad.

I pray you change your mind and go see it.
