That is neat! That's what we need to reduce oil demand. The next piece of the puzzle is solar powered, floating plants to produce hydrogen from sea water.

I hope that R&D picks up.

Hydrogen-powered vehicles alone don't solve the oil crisis, though. It takes a lot of energy to create free hydrogen. This is why we need to simultaneously push for more nuclear energy. With abundant nuclear-generated electricity, hydrogen technology can really free us up from fossil fuels.

Finally somebody who understand that nuclear power is the best solution! Until we invent fusion, of course.

Anyway, for some strange reason the links aren't working for me, which is odd because YouTube always works for me...maybe it's down right now or something?

I would take this over anything we have now. No more $3 per gallon to worry about. :wink:

Mile for mile hydrogen will probably be much more expensive than gasoline. The days of cheap energy in any form are over.
