Autumns shear beauty!

#1 Postby azsnowman » Wed Sep 13, 2006 7:16 am

Fall is without a DOUBT my FAVORITE time of year, I know a lot of people dislike autumn because it means the end of warm weather and a return to dark, gloomy, cold days...however, just before Mother Nature goes to sleep, she puts on ONE HECKUVA display! These were taken 2 miles from the house heading east...the bright yellow flowers are Cowpen Daisies, the reds are Penstamen, the purple are Wild Lupines..."ENJOY!"

We had cloudcover
when these were
taken, during the DAYLIGHT
talk about BRIGHT!! 8-)

Ain't it PURRTY?? "LOL!"

I logged on today from work and saw those photos...those are amazing. I stole one and put it as the background picture for the computer I use at work. So now I can see it everyday! YAY

Thanks Dennis!

Sorry but no new photos....the frost we had night before last killed the remaining wildflowers  although there are some beautiful ones here by the house, I'll take some photos of them!
