ALL APEX RESIDENTS URGED TO STAY INSIDE

APEX, N.C. -- Authorities have requested that all Apex residents stay inside until further notice due to a chlorine leak hazmat situation. Approximately 16,000 people have been ordered to evacuate from their homes, about half of the population of Apex.
