I second that (along with castration).

Not to argue with ya, J. But you're gonna have to slice off more than that to really punish them. After all, many of them use their fingers to snap pornographic pictures (sometimes greed is more of a motivating factor for pornographers than sick lust). Far too many of them use their fingers to chat online so they can groom and weed out vulnerable underage victims before they engage in any physical act against the child. And then I don't think I have to go into details about my final reason why they should be cut off. Those of us who are old enough understand and those who are too young will understand when they need to.

I like a good argument, just ask my wife.

You make a good point. Hang 'em.

Do you even read the articles that you link?

Probably not. lol.

perhaps yall failed to read the drudge report article i posted.

"employees told police the limo carrying Karr and two producers for ABC's "Good Morning America," stopped near the school. Karr got out, strolled the sidewalk and approached the school's door."

again, were the abc producers the ones who drove him to the school for the interview because he once worked there?

Sounds to me like they drove NEAR the school. He got out and took off towards the school.

As for who drove -- show me a network producer who drives a limo.

Are you placing blame on ABC for his weird behavior?

since when does john karr drive a limo? yes, i think the limo was rented or owned by abc news. do i blame abc for john karr's behavior? no. do i blame abc for attempting to EXPLOIT his behavior for ratings? yes

*snicker* Well, obviously he didn't drive. I was just pointing out that there's almost no way one of the producers was driving. That's the point of a limo. You *ride* in one. Besides, doesn't the driver have to have a special license?

If they'd wanted to exploit his behavior, they wouldn't have dropped the interview. I simply don't think they would have had an audience anyway. No one wants to look at that creep, much less hear what he has to say.

the producers may not have been driving but my guess is they wanted to drive him to the school to ask him questions about his employment there, and they stopped to let the cameras get pics of the school as he talked. as far as dropping the interview, once the cops got involved i doubt they had much choice. sadly, my guess is the interview would have gotten big ratings

Based on the replies in this thread, I think hardly anyone here would want to watch at all, so IMO the ratings would have been poor.

And when you look at the numerous posts we have about shows like Lost, Desperate Housewives, 24, and Grey's Anatomy, I think we tend to flow with the general TV audience in regards to what's popular and what isn't.
