I just don't get it...

It's about 50 degrees outside and I'm sitting in work FREEZING! They got the dangblasted AC on and my feet are frozen! Had to go out to get coffee just to warm up! And there are no thermostat controls in this office!
You figure a hospital would have better sense!!!

Brrrrr someone send me a heatwave or a pot of hot water to stick my feet in! :cold:

I think it happens in all office buildings. It takes about a month for the system to get "acclamated" to the new season.

That's true, but still it's not good for keeping your mind on your work, you're either drinking in coffee or running to let it out!!!

One of my daughters teachers keeps it very cold in her classroom. The teacher said that it keeps her from getting sick.

Lindaloo - How old is the teacher - could be hot flashes as well!

There's several women here that are hot all of the time - post menopausal. Whenever the season changes we have a battle over the thermostat!

They keep it cold here at my office. So I went out and got a little space heater. Soooo, it is nice and toasty now. Most everyone on the floor has them. :D

i was going to recommend a little space heater too. but some places wont let you have them because of the potential for fire hazards.
