faux, of course. i received a catalog the other day of these faux fur coats that look exactly like the real thing at a tenth of the cost!

Faux por moi aussi! I'll never get in someone's face for wearing the real thing, but couldn't do it for myself.
Reminds me of that nutbar Nurse Wannabe I used to work with. We're all working class folk in a casual office, and as soon as the temp dropped to about 55 "Nurse Betty" would come strolling in the office sporting the most unkempt, moth-eaten mink I've ever seen in my life. Looks like the one Dan Akroyd sported in "Trading Places." The poor pelts need a proper burial!
