Anybody seen it yet?

I pretty much knew what the movie was about going into it. But I had know clue how intense it would be. I've never been a big fan of Samuel L. Jackson, but I knew some people thought he was a good actor since he was nominated for an Oscar a few years back. I was impressed with him this time. I've always thought Christina Ricci was good in a dark way and S. Epatha Merkerson has shown her skills on Law & Order for years, as well as being nominated for an Emmy a few years ago for Lackawanna Blues on HBO. Both were great in BSM also.

But the biggest surprise -- Justin Timberlake. I mean, I don't necessarily think he'll win an Oscar. But he certainly showed his stuff.

Just this afternoon, I saw The Soup's spoof of "Black Snake(s) Moan (On The Plane)". Another spoof they did was "Black Snake Moan Motel".
