why isn't this on the news? I am checking multiple sources and all I see is the Virginia Tech incident. Also, when I checked online sources, this is all I found...

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/18181333/

Did the shootings really happen? Or was it just a bomb threat?

UPDATE: I actually just found this: http://www.ksdk.com/news/news_article.a ... yid=117275 . Seems like there really was some form of shooting, but the details are still a bit hazy. Also, it appears the shootings did not actually occur on campus.

My God ... here come the copycats ... :-(

I wish I could say I'm surprised, but the fact is horrible events like at VaTech inspire other unbalanced people.

I can't find the story anywhere. I checked KSDK's website and the top story is about the latest with the VA Tech killer.

and it's not on any of the cable news channels, which would surely be going crazy.

Shootout between two cars ... sounds more like some kind of gang thing.

None of the major networks have said anything about this.MSNBC headline news was just talking about the bomb threats but no mention of a shooting.

Oh OK, that makes sense. Doesn't even seem to have anything to do with the college.

I knew something was up, if there really was a shooting on or even near a campus there would surely be coverage(the bomb threats are getting a lot of coverage alone).

It popped up as an MSNBC alert and when I clicked it, it was the Breaking News headline on MSNBC. Now the Breaking News headline reads, "NBC releases photo sent by Va. Tech killer" :?:

we will see additional ones because of the continuous TV coverage.

Idiots are looking for their 5 minutes of fame.

I say give them 60 minutes of fame if anyone ever tries this type of stunt again. Draw, hand, and quarter ANYONE who does this type of BS again, and put the execution on prime time television at 9 p.m. on a Thursday. Maybe that would finally start to make people think twice about ever attacking their fellow Americans, especially during war time

Someone who is so mentally over the edge to do something like this is not going to be deterred by anything that might be done to them-in fact, in their twisted mind they might even welcome it.

Thanks, senor. I posted what the MSNBC breaking news alert and their headline on their homepage said. I guess they should have waited a few more seconds to get their facts straight.
