Do you keep a daily diary. Not for work, but for your personal life.

I had a diary and kept it going good as a teenager. Since then, no more diaries for me.

No diary. But --several years ago my youngest daughter started bugging me to write down the stories I used to tell them about my younger years. Two of my daughters have memory problems because of CFIDS and Fibromyalgia. Anyway I finally did it and then gave them each a homemade book as a Xmas present. It includes photos of myself and my family from my earliest memories to the year of my marriage. A year or two later their father did the same. Someday soon I'll do the later 2/3 of my life.

By the way it had a double benefit. It was their Xmas present that year. Because of the lack of funds, I no longer give the adults presents unless it something I have drawn or made.
