My Hometown sues some homeowners over backyard 'junk'

As the saying goes, one man's trash is another man's treasure, but what if those people collect "too much junk" in their backyards? In an effort to force a 2-year clean-up, many residents in a neighborhood were being sued by the City of Irving over too much trash in their backyards, some received as many as 10 citations over this issue, which will be taken up to the state district court.
