Today on my way to get Subway, I went the scenic route partially to look for damage and I came across an area of slow traffic on both sides of Park St. This would usually mean there was an accident, but I kept going. Soon the traffic went to one lane, I sitll didnt know why. Then I found out that a Giant Tourouise was crossing the road. There were a few men trying to help move it across the road. I decided that I would help, and I did. We moved it across the street and into the Bayou. It felt good.

There is a very nice elderly lady that lives next door to me, her husband passed away a few years ago so I go over and help her out with things. I cut her lawn on the weekends and stuff like that. Before there's a hurricane I go over and make sure she has everything she needs and board up her windows.
That's my good deed, makes me feel good too.

Your new user name should be luvbuggie.........or bughater.

My good deed for the day was getting my 9YO to ride her first big coaster with me today, she is now as hooked as the rest of the family.

Fact, I have stopped many of a time to save turtles from the roads here, last one was a huge soft shell. They have really long necks and was scared to pick it up, aslo because of its size too. That was on a back road, but I have stoped traffic on a more busy road before so one wouldn't get hit. A man stopped with me that day and picked the snapper up and walked it back to the nearby lake. You go fact!!!!

I stayed at home today, so I didn't get to do anything.
However, the other day I was headed toward a green light, but decided to let a car come out in front of me from a parking lot at the corner. The car proceeded to the light and began to turn right (I was going straight). Just at the time I WOULD have been in the intersection had I not let the other car out, a truck barreled through in the far lane, ignoring its red light.
