Tammy Faye Messner dies
On CNN now. I'm not surprised... I was shocked at how bad she looked on that Larry King interview just the other night.
Really sad.
Really sad.

Re: Tammy Faye Messner dies
I too saw that interview last night and it inspired me to turn off the telly just to say a prayer for her. I prayed to God that He would help her and ease her pain, for she had obviously suffered quite enough in this world. I'm sure alot of people probably said the same prayer and I guess He listened. It is sad that she's gone but, I am happy that she's not hurting anymore. She was a good lady who had a big heart and it is definitely a loss for all of us.

Cancer really took its toll on her body, she was 65 years old and weighed just 65 lbs (she gained 5 lbs in the last few weeks of her life).
RIP Tammy Faye

It's really sad she had to go the way she did. She was barely alive during that interview with Larry King the other night.

I knew she had cancer, but I didn't know how far advanced it had become.
May she rest in peace.

More than slightly insensitive and most assuredly inappropriate. Shame on you.

insensitive to one of the most notorious televangelists in recent history? okay, whatever. there are thousands of people who die every day worthy of more recognition than that woman was ever entitled to.

Regardless, the woman went through an awful lot and always had a positive attitude and kept her faith. I don't believe that she was putting on an act - she wasn't a fake. I admire that in a person.
Also, I don't believe that she was ever JUDGEMENTAL about other people. There have been quite a few "evangelists" that have blamed numerous tragedies on certain populations of this world. I believe that God loves us all and I think that she did as well.
I hope she is resting in peace and has found her Maker.
