Do any of the gallery photos remind you of someone you know?

Steve (azskyman) got me to thinking with his thread about seeing names on this and other forums and how he thought they would look....based on folks with the same name he knew or had known personally..

What I'm asking is when you check out the Storm2K chat gallery photos, do you see anyone's photo that REMINDS you of loved ones, friends, people you've known, or anyone else (celebrities).

So far I've only seen two. The first time I ever saw Ticka's photo, I immediately thought of my great-great aunt Vola Ann. My great-great aunt passed away in 1992 at the age of 89, but I've seen photographs of her when she was young, and her resemblence to Ticka is uncanny.

The other poster is Rainydaze (Marie). She reminds me a great deal of a young actress I remember seeing on tv when I was growing up....I cannot think of her name to save my life; but the actress played Becky Thatcher in a Tom Sawyer/ Huck Finn riverboat series. It wasn't a regular tv series....if memory serves me correctly, it was a show seen as a segment on a kids show; just as the Banana Splits featured a show called "Danger Island"...which I never missed :)

In any event, Ticka and Rainydaze are the two posters that immediately brought someone else to mind when I saw their gallery photo for the first time.

Anyone else??

God Bless,
Perry

Yes, as a matter of fact, King of Weather reminds me of someone I was stationed with aboard ship back in the mid to late 70's. Like I've said before, they say we all have a twin somewhere, I feel sorry for the ppl who know "my" twin "LOL!"

Well I never thought about it before you mentioned so I went through and yes there were some.

Chad reminds me of my college professor last year of speech communication. The resemblance was quite shocking. Mr.Azskyman's wife looks like Jane Hull off of FoxNews Watch and Pojo looks like my friend Carmen.

Being the Phillies fan that I am, I would say TheMaster actually looks a little bit like a younger Mike Lieberthal (Catcher for the Phillies, in case you don't know who he is).

So far, I've just notice that pojo reminds me of an old nurse
friend of mine who moved up toward Nashville, several years ago!

Funny thing, Perry, I can look at every single picture and come up with a feature on that person that reminds me of someone else. Sometimes it is as simple as a hair color...others something more. Still a fascinating topic, though.

JetMaxx and Colin: Chad was being sarcastic about Mrschad (me) looking like his wife. LOL, I am his wife.

I know Jennifer :D....that's why I joked about the two lovely ladies in a gallery photo looking like my little sister and my Granny...because they are (posing with me on my gallery photo).

May God Bless,

Hmmm....

I think I'll start out with GulfSouthLa, who reminds me a lot of a weekend TV meteorologist here in Charleston about 10 years ago, Pamela Wright, who came to interview myself and a friend of mine about our enthusiasm of weather ... Both Jeff and I spoke to her on many occasions during severe weather events and the such in the early 1990's...

Perry (JetMaxx) reminds me of a friend that bowled with me in league on several bowling teams a few years ago before moving to Texas after his mother died here in the area ...

GarnetCat5 reminds me of another lady I used to bowl with many years ago ...

Sarah-CB reminds me a lot of another girl I grew up with here when I was a teenager and the resemblance is very strikingly similar ...
