A dumb law in every state: it is unlawful to consume an alcoholic beverage if you are under the age of 21. That one irritates me.

gtalum, you must be under 21 :P

A clarification on the Pennsylvania fireworks law: There are two classes of fireworks. Sparklers, fountains, and other types with lower amounts of gunpowder are legal and are sold to residents in tents that pop up at every wide spot in the road as july 4 approaches. More powerful fireworks like M-80's, cherry bombs, and even ladyfingers are not legal and are not openly sold.

I don't know about how they are sold to non-residents.

I wish. I'm 32. That said, I never had a problem finding it anyway, when I was under 21. ;)

Sorry, that's not true. 562.111 Possession of alcoholic beverages by persons under age 21 prohibited.
