Yes the rules do apply to ALL! I can say i was one who violated them a few month's back and is why i am not a moderater here at this time. I did something wrong and i had to pay the price for it. Thats the way it works. And i see nothing wrong with how the rules are applied to all and i think they are more then fair imo. Hopefully this will help with others that seem to not understand that the same rules is applied to everyone evenly and fairly. And i agree with them 100% and there is no need to change any of them at all!
