Financial crisis summit to be Nov. 15 - US official

WASHINGTON, Oct 22 (Reuters) - The first in a series of planned global summits of developed and developing countries on the unfolding financial crisis and how to reform the financial system will be held on Nov. 15 in the Washington, D.C., area, a senior Bush administration official said on Wednesday.

"This will be the first in a series of summits that bring together leaders from the countries that participate in the G20 finance ministers process to discuss current economic challenges," the official said declining further identification. (Reporting by Jeremy Pelofsky, editing by Bill Trott)
