If we have any Coldwater Creek shoppers here, every single online item they offer is 60% off until Dec. 31 midnight. I already ordered a silk shirt/jacket for next year's holiday season! It was only $27, normally $69.99. What a deal!

Just an FYI from me to my fellow female S2K'ers.......

Even better, I used the following code and got 70% off at Coldwater Creek - WJH4537 - HURRY, it is valid through today, I think.

Sorry I didn't tell you earlier, Mary (never thought to post discount codes at S2K! )

Oh no - I wasn't aware of the 70% off code! Oh well, my order is being processed. It's rare when an entire catalog's items are on sale like this. I like to shop at Eddie Bauer too but I don't think I've ever seen EB all on sale before like CC is right now! And forget LL Bean. I've been watching a wool blazer to go on sale, for months now! Last time I checked it was still at full retail price.....

Thanks Kim. I'm sure others will enjoy that sale code.

Well, this thread was sure resurrected from the dead. lol
Thanks for the tip.

As someone who shops online a lot, I like the idea of us sharing deals/codes with each other. I go to a site where they post them, but there are sooooo many people who frequent the site that you have to be really quick or the deal is gone. This thread would work fine, but with the title of "Catalogs" maybe we need a new thread. :?:

Kelly - any thread you'd like to use is fine by me. I remembered someone (Janice I discovered) had started a thread about online catalogs. I knew it would grab attention - more so than a Coldwater Creek one would! That would put the men to sleep around here.....LOL

You are welcome. I used to do a lot of online shopping, and checked for new codes all of the time at a couple of sites. No time (or money LOL) to do so anymore, but when a real good one comes along I can't resist!

FYI, Eddie Bauer online is offering 30% off sale prices. Today is the last day for this sale. Which IMO is pretty good (their sale prices usually are not so good). And wouldn't you know it, the fair isle sweater I wanted is no longer available. But there many, many items on sale and you take off an additional 30% off to the already low sale prices!

I probably do 90% of my non-grocery shopping online. I haven't ordered out of an actual paper catalog in years.

Good morning everyone - dusting off an old thread.....LOL!

Our local paper listed the top 10 online catalogs and one was Cabela's. Since we keep our thermostat at 66 I bought a boiled wool zip up sweater. It was on sale, only $25. Wish I had bought two! It's so warm.......I hate to take it off! LOL

Anyone else discover a new catalog lately? I'm not doing much shopping these days but always on the lookout for a new one.

FYI - Eddie Bauer is having a sale on shorts. Usually when you put those words together, EB and sale, you save some $ but not much. It's just the way it is. I've always known that. Their idea of a sale price is definitely not my idea of a sale price!

That said, from now until June 17th, ALL women's shorts are $19.99. Wow, that is almost unheard of with EB. Not that I am able to shop much these days....he he Just wanted to pass along the info, in case anyone else here likes to shop at EB.

I had wondered when the current recession we're in would influence online catalog sale prices. About time Eddie Bauer!
